The SSDs creates a different level of temperatures according to the form factors that are developed for different power/temperature requirements. 

The maximum temperature supported by most Solidigm™ (formerly Intel®) NVMe* SSD is 70°C based on the product specification page: Products | Solidigm

  • Operating Temperature Range 0°C to 70°C
  • Operating Temperature (Maximum ) 70 °C
  • Operating Temperature (Minimum) 0 °C

A way to check the temperature of the SSD is using the Solidigm™ Storage Tool (Intel® branded NAND SSDs).
